1. What the service does
DispatchZap answers inbound calls to a phone number you own, captures the details of a road call, and sends them to you. Depending on your configuration it can also schedule callbacks, transfer live calls, and run follow-up sequences on quotes.
Two hard rules, and they are part of this contract
- The intake never quotes a price to your caller.
- The intake never commits you to a job. Work is handed to you to accept or decline.
2. What it does not do
- It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergency dispatch of any kind.
- It does not diagnose vehicles. It records what a caller reports.
- It does not guarantee that every call is captured. Carriers, networks and software fail sometimes.
- It does not replace your shop management software, your accounting, or your judgment.
3. Pricing, billing and cancellation
- Plans start at $497 per month and include 600 minutes of call handling. Larger operations are quoted individually.
- No setup fee and no contract. Billing is monthly, in advance.
- Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge an early termination fee.
- Fees already paid for a completed period are not refunded, because the service was delivered during it.
- Usage beyond your included minutes is billed at the rate stated in your plan. We will tell you before you are charged for overage, not after.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. If you do not like the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
4. Your phone number, your A2P registration
You register your own A2P brand and campaign and you buy and own your own phone number. We assist with the process. Carrier and telecom fees are billed to you by those providers at their rates. Carrier approval is theirs to grant, not ours, and we cannot guarantee it.
If you leave, the number is yours and goes with you. That is the point of doing it this way.
5. Your responsibilities
- Call recording disclosure. Recording and monitoring laws vary by state and some require all-party consent. You are responsible for the disclosure your callers receive. We will configure the intake to announce it.
- Lawful use. You will not use the service for unlawful, harassing, deceptive or unsolicited-marketing purposes.
- Accurate setup information. The intake is tuned to what you tell us about your trucks, service area and services. If that is wrong, its answers will be wrong.
- Your own customer relationships. What you do with a job we hand you is entirely your business.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, carrier outages and third-party failures happen. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular number of captured calls, booked jobs, revenue or return on investment. Figures and examples on our website are illustrations based on published industry averages, explained in full on our Disclaimer page. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and how you handle the work.
8. Data
Call data captured on your line is yours. We process it on your behalf. We do not sell leads, and we will never route a call captured on your line to another business. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The service, the website and their contents belong to OathDriven LLC. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. Your business data and your customers' data remain yours.
Third-party names and marks referenced anywhere on this site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OathDriven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify OathDriven LLC against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including claims relating to call recording disclosure or messaging compliance on numbers you own.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for use that is unlawful or that endangers the service or its other users. Except in cases of clear abuse, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be sent to active customers directly, not just posted here.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter by talking about it.
